At Dr.Vedic, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Therefore, cancellation requests depend on the current status of the order.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number and registered mobile number.

We will make reasonable efforts to process the request before the order is dispatched.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please refer to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

3. Refund After Cancellation

If cancellation is successfully approved before dispatch and payment has already been made, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the relevant payment gateway and financial institution.

4. Cash on Delivery Orders

If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch, there is generally no refund because payment has not been collected.

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may affect the availability of COD for future purchases.

5. Cancellation by Dr.Vedic

We may cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including:

• Product availability issues.
  
• Incorrect pricing.
  
• Incorrect product information.
  
• Payment verification issues.
  
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
  
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  
• Delivery restrictions.
  
• Technical errors.
  
• Operational limitations.
  

If payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded.

6. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact us immediately with the relevant order numbers.

We will attempt to cancel the duplicate order before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Promotional Orders

Cancellation of an order containing promotional benefits may result in the promotional benefit being removed where applicable.

Discount codes and promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated otherwise.
